Paste-ups or wheatpaste posters have long been one of my favorite forms of street art. Rather than making the art in place, the artist has the freedom to make their art in the studio. Subsequently, the art is distributed, by glueing it to surfaces. This is akin to the tagging done by graffiti artists and places the work in the public domain. This text is attributed to the 13th-century Persian poet and mystic Rumi whose writings talk about love, mortality, and divinity.
